Withdrawal form
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by sending us an unequivocal statement by email to support@mytiboo.com. You may use this form (Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU), but it is not obligatory. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Custom Shields. Full details are in the Terms of Sale.

After you send it
We will acknowledge receipt by email. Within 14 days of your notice, send the products back at your own expense to: BYTE S.R.L. – Tiboo Returns, Via E. Cravero 44, 10064 Pinerolo (TO), Italy. We refund the products and the original standard shipping after receiving and checking the return, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
